KATHAYAN is a digital storytelling and knowledge platform operated by Vermaverse OPC Private Limited (“Kathayan”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to our website, apps and content.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for personal, household use — do not share credentials publicly or sell access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date on your profile.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, credential sharing at scale, or any breach of these terms.

All series, episodes, artwork, logos and metadata on Kathayan are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream content for private viewing only, for as long as your account is in good standing.

You may not download, record, re-upload, publicly screen, resell or create derivative works from our content, and you may not bypass any playback, geographic or security restriction.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, attack or overload the service; do not use bots to create accounts or manipulate ratings; do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material in profiles, reviews or other user fields.

Titles, episode schedules and features may change or be withdrawn without notice. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free streaming. We may update these terms; material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

To the extent permitted by law, Kathayan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
